30ml Usquebau 30ml Baileys 30ml Crème de Cacao, Dark 30ml Cream 1 Egg Yolk Coconut sugar and cinnamon, for rimming the glass Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon together, tip it onto a plate and even it out to a consistent depth Moisten the rim of your glass, I used a slice of orange peel Push the rim into the sugar / cinnamon mix until well coated. Shake all the other ingredients on ice, strain into the prepared glass, taking care to not disturb the rimming. |
