Nutty Espresso Martini

30ml Espresso (cold)

1 tsp Peanut Butter *

Peanut Butter *, smooth is best, if you only have crunchy, as I did, whizz it in your nutri bullet with some Crème de Cacao until smooth and slightly runny, helps it mix in better.

Overproof Jinn

All of the Juniper Jinn cocktail recipes can be made with the Overproof Jinn, but I would halve the quantity of Jinn

Alexandra

30ml Usquebau

30ml Baileys

30ml Crème de Cacao, Dark

30ml Cream

1 Egg Yolk

Coconut sugar and cinnamon, for rimming the glass

Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon together, tip it onto a plate and even it out to a consistent depth

Moisten the rim of your glass, I used a slice of orange peel

Push the rim into the sugar / cinnamon mix until well coated.

Shake all the other ingredients on ice, strain into the prepared glass, taking care to not disturb the rimming.
